Beautiful autumn leaf! I love how it's colored. Reminds me of the bittersweet feeling of watching the leaves turn and later fall, knowing that the winter's bare branches will only in a few months burst into the green of new leaves.

This is soooo pretty. I just never tire of autumn colors.

We waited all last winter for the leaves of green. And in May, that seasonal wish came true. The colors of autumn are beautiful, but they portend colder weather, a bit bleaker. So we enjoy this ruby now!

Nice. I love the leaves when they are like that. My trees are almost bare already. Getting cold too fast for my taste.

It's beautiful, Carletta! The music is too!

Our leaves are still green - this is lovely. Love how it goes straight from green to red, with bits of brown spots.

Ah yes autumn is here in all her glory - a delightful shot Carletta.

Wow nice capture! This reminds me of the poem/song, "The Last Leaf," though this leaf didn't cling to the vine. :D

My RT entry is here.

Maple leaves are at their best in the fall.
I should want the late summer to stay just a little bit longer.
My voice doesn't count.

I love fall colors, not that I see them myself anymore. It is cool and rainy here today, a real harbinger of fall.

Beautiful leaf, Carletta! There are lots of fallen leaves here, but the sun waited till I got home before coming out, and I simply didn't want to take photos of greyness. There will be enough of that in January!
