Farmer's Flooded Field Revisited

That line across the bottom of the image? An electric fence! NO wadding!

What a "shocking" experience that would be. Hope there are no crops drowning under all that water in the farmer's field.

It makes a pretty picture but probably breaks someones heart. our state is suffering more floods in the north just after suffering cyclone damage.

Gostei muito da maneiras como você mostrou as imagens: primeiro a reflexão na água, depois a imagem real! Perfeito!

Fantastic reflection.

Seriously, that line, to tell the fishes out of bounds? LOL

It looks as if it may be a while before that field gets plowed. I like the way you flipped the picture.
Thank you for the birthday wishes.

Nice shot. The flipped version is very intriguing, if I didn't know what it was I'd be trying to figure out why it looked like that.

Love it! Good one Carletta :)

Are these fields that typically flood? We have some areas that are flood plains which are also used for crops. I always feel bad seeing the corn under water, but also know it's a flood plain.

Nice shot though and the reflection is great!Isn't it odd how our brain tries to correct the photo when you flip it? I can't get it through my head that it's an upside down reflection.

whole parts of my state NJ are flooded
rivers are running over their banks

we're fine and I am grateful for that

the fence in the midst of the water makes for a powerful image
