Very nice, Carletta!
Simply lovely.
Oooh...a stunning capture.
Sure sign of spring.
Gorgeous! I didn't know one could force forsythia! Thanks for the info.
Carletta: How they do bloom if the weather allows them to go, nice capture my friend.
Ok you say forcing, Idiot i am about plants how do you do that? Its very nice and i love the color
just lovely, a sure sign of Spring, even if you forced it indoors,

Wonderful shot of the forsythia! I can never get a good shot of those flowers.
Beautiful, Carletta! Forsythia doesn't bloom reliably in my area but it was a big part of spring in my childhood so I LOVE seeing it.
So pretty. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful shade of yellow Carletta. Take care.
I love forsythia! And am planning to put some in the garden in a few weeks (or a month or so). Lovely!
Forsythia like pussy willow and blossom tree sprigs can be brought into the warmth and will flower while there is still snow outside. They are quite amazing.
Lovely photo.
A stunning photo of such a lovely flower! Each flower looks so juicy and fresh - beautiful!
so pretty and bright! I used to love seeing these flowers when I visited my sister when she lived in Pa.

Very beautiful!
Thanks for sharing...
How wonderful! Love the diagonal of the photo and the bright yellows against the dark and the subdued wood. Maybe tomorrow I'll cut a branch and give this a try.
Carletta :Love this photo and music!
If I were not vacationing in the desert I'd be forcing the forcithia..a sure promise that Spring is in the air!! :)
Happy yellow forsythia flowers
brighten our lives until spring arrives.
Great picture!!
I really like this shot. The lighting is wonderful and that's such a beautiful little vibrant yellow flower.
Beautiful photo! I am forcing forsythia for the first time this year, so it is exciting, watching the buds swell. It has been a week, and I can see yellow!!
I love the way the flowers are turned different directions, so you get a slightly different view of each one!
I love it!!! Those always tell me spring is around the corner.
BTW, I'm leaving tomorrow for a few days...be back Thursday.
Carletta
Wonderful flowers, wonderful yellow!
Marvelous photo!
Thanks for posting, Carletta!

I don't recall the name of this flowers, but they're often seen in the homes during the Lunar New Year festival :)
Lovely shot of it!!
Stunning picture. Reminds me of a Japanese flower arrangement (Ikebana). Love the yellow contrasting with the brown.
Oh so pretty. Isn't the yellow great. MB
The golden Forsithia is always so welcome as it is one of the first flowers to bloom in spring and like Arija said nice to take inside when the buds are still firmly closed.
The sqirrel is very cute.
Gorgeous shot!
I really like such macro shots. Spring is in the air!
Beautiful. I think your photos are getting better and better all the time. I'm so looking forward to the forsythia and my pink quince bush to put on their fancy duds.
Incredible shots both here and on "Round the Bend!" I've tried forcing forsythia and it's always worked so well! Lovely!
The Forsythia is always a welcomed beginning sign of spring.

Very pretty yellow forsythia against the brown wood.
I can't wait for forsythia to bloom! Next month.
oh we use to do this all the time when we lived in New England.
They are so beautiful and bring a touch of spring inside. Great shot again...I love it!!

How beautiful, lovely tones and contrasts...and I like the new buds, too.
Wonderful and delicate...a sweet trio against the wood of the window sill.
Mines just about to open... I only noticed it yestoday.
