I've got tiny buds, but no flowers yet. This is a lovely one. They are not that easy to photograph!

It is a beautiful flower with its jumble of petals. It is a good shot too as that colour is hard to photograph .

I lost all my peonies when the park was put in behind our house. Now I wait for my neighbours flowers to come out and enjoy them, take photos of them.

I have buds that are nearly an inch across, but the species peony at the college is in bloom, as is the fernleaf. Both are earlier than the ones we all know and love.
