A pincushion, then a geodome. What detail!

That first photo is just fabulous! I cannot photograph dandelion clocks to save my life, let alone catch one blowing apart like this. Great capture!

Its neat how it looks like a pincushion when the seeds are gone.

Excellent Carletta. I remember blowing on these wish flowers when I was a kid. Now I watch my granddaughters blow their wishes.

As much as I dislike them growing in my lawn, they are really cool looking.

We may grumble at them, but this final farewell fireworks of the dandelion is worth a bit of bother.

Carletta, these are just beautiful. You captured the first one at the perfect moment! I love the way the seeds are falling away from it.

Thank you so much for sharing these at The Creative Exchange this week.

Have a wonderful Tuesday!

A super macro shot. Everything in focus...I find that difficult.

MAGIC! Makes me think of childhood and how something as "simple" as a dandelion pod could keep us happy for hours. And how (with the help of your camera) we can go back to that time. Just lovely.

Your first photo is amazing! I love how you caught the action.

This is wonderful. Absolutely wonderful! It's so clear and, with the seeds blowing away - it's outside of the box - not what we normally see! =]
