MY SWEET HUBBY PICKED WILDFLOWERS FROM THE ROADSIDE AND BROUGHT THEM TO ME. HE KNOWS I LIKE TAKING PHOTOS OF FLOWERS. THIS IS QUEEN'S LACE IN WHICH I STUCK THE PURPLE FLOWER HE BROUGHT AND A PETAL FROM MY GERANIUMS. IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY THE CENTER OF THE PURPLE BLOOM LOOKS LIKE BLUE AND WHITE STRIPES. IT IS THE CLOSEST I COULD COME FOR A RED, WHITE, AND BLUE ARRANGEMENT FOR THE HOLIDAY. :)

This is indeed a patriotic style, the flowers a perfect red-white-blue. The perfect floral complement to the always classic stars-and-stripes. Stunnig!

Did you change your format? I love the ability to post my pics very large. I've not regretted it, since I did it, even though I had to compromise my side-bar.
