Forsythia! Very pretty, especially w/ that sky background!
I had some lining the driveway at a rental place a while back & next thing I knew, the guy I rented to had CUT THEM DOWN - He also cut down a flowering pear tree from the front yard. Can you believe that? Why would anyone do that?
Needless to say, I had to go to court to get him out - The cops busted in on him making meth!!!
That was a NIGHTMARE!

This beautifully-done photo truly says "Spring has arrived." Even though we're not spending our Springs in places where forsythia signals Spring's true arrival, it will always mean spring.
I'd love to catch a magic carpet back to Oregon for just a day or two this time of year; we always miss the arrival of spring.
