Beautiful shots Carletta. I've been noticing them blooming around here. One of my favorite flowers.

Wisteria is my absolute favorite.
I am trying to start some American wisteria... Kentucky blue moon variety and am hoping the trellis around our new sunroom will be strong enough to hold it and that it will actually grow... Hoping!

Lovely! My grandmother had wisteria over her patio, they were beautiful.

OMG I've never seen one of these. I love it. It almost looks like an orchid to me. It's just stunning :)

stunning shots. This grows on your patio, right?

Delightful. I don't see wisteria here - such a pretty flower, so well-captured.

Gorgeous. I like how it flows down in soft bunches :D

Two lovely photos, Carletta. My favourite is the top photo; your framing makes it look as though the flowers are seen through a window...

Absolutely beautiful! I love the first especially.

Wonderful shots of the wisteria. I took some pictures of wisteria today but my photos didn't turn out well at all. Your shots are perfect.

Oh, I love wisteria--the fragrance, the color, the way it drapes itself over a trellis or a fence. Beautiful!

Beautiful photos, I have never seen a wisteria in real life.

Carletta, these are wonderful! My wisteria has a lot of buds/bloom pods but it is going to be a while before they bloom.

I don't know why but wisteria always remind me of a time gone by- antiques and old houses with brick a brack and arches, and of the ladies who planted them.

Every time I see this, I am struck by what a wonderful photo that first one is...feel like I can reach out and touch it.

Both of these photos are beautiful. I like the close-up of the individual florets, but the second photo shows much more of the entire plant.

love it--so delicate :)

sorry about your computer virus. We are battling one too. Mr. J is going to reformat when summer gets here. He is banning my blogging to a seperate drive. He thinks that's where the virus keeps coming from.

. . . and it has really cut down my blog visits too. I'll try to read and then the internet connection goes down. It has been very frustrating.

Oh, Carletta, these are fantastic photos - especially the macro! I have to try to find some wisteria for my bare trellis.

Hope your knee is doing better, my friend!

Beautiful beautiful BEAUTIFUL... especially w/ the frames you have! They're sooo sooo beautiful!!!

Sorry I haven't been visiting (or posting) lately... I've been engrossed in a series of books! LoL!

Beautiful, Carletta! I just noticed one blooming by the highway on-ramp yesterday. I wonder how it came to grow there.

What lovely views of this delicate lavender plant in bloom! Sorry I've not visited in a while. Looks like you're not posting regularly any more. Hope all's well with you and yours. I thoroughly enjoy last four posts ... the mellow yellow flowers against the beautiful blue skies are delightful ... I don't think I've even SEEN a turkey flaring tail feathers before ... and those beautiful pink blossoms are marvelous too.
Hugs and blessings,

I love the detail! Such gorgeous Wisteria, too bad I cannot keep it in a pot on my patio. I tried, but it doesn't work!
