This is a really nice picture. The reflection of the bridge and where it meets the bridge is really neat looking.

The lines of the pillars of the bridge are very clean and strong, as is their reflection. The saying that you use as your title seems to be the world over. Even though things might be "water under the bridge" it is sometimes not as easy just to let them go like that.

We know the heavy columns go beneath the water to a solid foundation, but your photo is something of a floating optical illusion. I like it.
