I love the texture in the second photo! And the pollen in the third - when did there start being pollen in all the flowers - or have I simply never seen it till the last year or two...

Ohhhhh! Beautiful photos and beautiful flower. I'm envious of both -- we don't really get Spring flowers here and that's definitely something I miss about Spring in Oregon. (Bill always reminds me that the rains often knocked the tulips down the day after they reached full bloom.)
