Carletta, awesome shot, this is one variety we do not have here so it is lovely to view your shots!We do have a white Swallowtail the "Pale" but it has more black than this one and no red at the tail just some oranges. Great shot!

How did you get it to sit still long enough for you to capture it??

I seem to have been chasing butterflies and dragonflies around all week, with nothing to show for it, at least photo wise :-)

Guess I need to develop a faster camera trigger finger :-)

The Zebra Swallowtail seems more rare in my area than the other Swallowtails. Any photo is great to have of the Zebras.
