nice shot Carletta. I'm amazed at your ability to catch the bird before flight.
Wonderful capture, Carletta!
Nice photo. I did my female posting last week. You can view it here.
just beautiful, I had one this morning at my feeder but sadly I did not have my camera with me.
I have sightings with male and female cardinals here too. But what made me surprised is that I haven't seen blue jay's which is weird. Great capture!

Fantastic shots!
Wonderful shots! I do miss my bird feeders (although we never had cardinals in Oregon.
Two fantastic shots, Carletta. Both would look nice in a calendar...
Oh My .... Isn't she a beauty!
Great capture!
I like the slight ruby on the tip of her lady Cardinal head. Her mate is bold and eye catching, the understated elegance is beautiful. Without the red feathers, we are not distracted and see her shape and we notice her seed-eating bill. She is polite, too! Wonderful!
Great photo, Carletta! I still haven't gotten a decent photo of a female cardinal...but I AM working on it. :)
Beautiful pictures, Carletta.
She is very polite, no skipping the queue for her!
what a sweetie!!
This is a wonderful picture of Ms. Cardinal.
Beautiful cardinal!
What wonderful photos. I love the first one, and how it shows her plump body...too sweet.
he looks cold!:p
Wonderful capture. I love her sassy red beak.

Two fine images, Carletta! I especially like the first one: Ms. Cardinal is so cute!
She is beautiful and patient as well. I really miss seeing cardinals in this area.
