I sure like this, Carletta! It feels like I could just reach out and pick off a blossom.
I have to admit that brown and green are two of my favorite colors together. And this would be PERFECT in my kitchen. It is beautiful. And I love the selective coloring!
If you'd like to stop by my blog I'm at Cake Crumbs.
This picture has got to be one of the best you've put together, love everything about it.
beautiful! And I agree with the comment above that it would be great on any wall. I'm going to go look at Mary's tutorial -- thanks for the link.
Now this is superb!
I love almost sepia background to this photo; it makes the flowers stand out nicely...
Very nicely done. I love that colour green. It is so fresh. Like the framing. How did you do that. Valerie
I love doing stuff like this Carletta, although I have never tried sepia only mono but this is very nice, well done!
The green works surprisingly well with the sepia. Nice work.
wow this is so beautiful :) this can go up to my walls!
u may view mine here
Definitely frameworthy!
Selective sepia is really nice. I will have to check out Mary's tutorial. T
This is a pretty closeup photo. I love dogwood.
That reminds me I want to buy one, I love dogwood but mine has died two years ago! I love the effect you used, very well done!
Wow, I love it. Well done...
Wonderful! The sepia background mutes that clutter while allowing the color of these buds to show so nicely. We are using the I-Photo on our Mac, which doesn't allow the selective. Perhaps Gimp (it is free!) software does - perhaps I'l download soon...
Oh Carletta, I really like what you've done here - The sepia in the background & the colored buds are so pretty & I, of course, love that frame! Very elegant
I really like what you've done with this picture. It is really beautiful.
This is lovely! Have you considered opening an online shop and marketing your photos?
OMG...that is just beatuiful. I thought when you did sepia it all had to be like that. This is just wonderful. You are a genius :)

Oh it really pops right out. It looks so much like spring.
Oh my, Carletta! What a beautiful job of selective sepia! I love it! Happy Sepia Scenes! :)
How breathtaking, Carletta! I love the pale green against the sepia. The petals are beautiful and delicate looking.

Is it so early that the dogwood buds already come out in your area. Beautiful shot, ours have to wait for another 4 months.
Hi!
Your picture is beautiful! Love the touch of color with the sepia. Thanks for stopping by my place. Have a great day!
