Long time overdue Ms. Carletta! Why do your photos make me want to cry? Because they are so beautiful they bring tears to my eyes. I'm obviously missing a lot in my life and you show it to me with these.

Thank you so much!

Oh Carletta! Are these from your yard? They look well-fed and healthy, for the middle of winter. And look at those faces!

"The fellas are all down at the lodge".

The expressions on their faces just crack me up! I can hear the chatter in my head... "Can you believe she's wearing that?" They're just hilarious.

Great shot!

dear carletta,
oh i just KNEW if i searched enough, i would find a deer and here in all their splendour are four of them.
oh what a beautiful sight!
we have lots of them here in ontario and every deer hunting season, it just grieves my heart.
so much hunting of them.
i know of one very cruel hunter who leaves corn and salt at a certain site where the deer come to eat during the year and trust the safety and comfort so much that when they come at deer hunting season the cruel man shoots them while they are eating.
i think carletta that there should be a law against it!
of course i believe that if the hunters are trying to provide for their families, it is a different thing but to be just hunting for the sport of it to see how many deer head and antlers they can show off is just so wrong!

your deer here are so majestic..
you music divine!....love terry
